永久性展览花园是国内园林展中展览花园的主要类型，其设计营建普遍存在设计主题雷同、生态系统关注不足、缺乏可持续运营等问题。为探讨可持续的永久性展览花园全生命周期设计营建策略，对徐州 - 上合友好园在多元文化融合、生态优先、长效运营、一体化设计营建等 4 个方面的设计实践进行解析，总结凝练出具有广泛应用价值和推广意义的可持续永久性展览花园的设计营建策略：多元文化融合、利用和传承；以生态系统设计为先的景观环境营建；建立平展结合的长效运营；构建全生命周期的设计管理。

The permanent exhibition garden is the main type of exhibition garden in the domestic garden exhibitions. Its design and construction generally has some problems such as similar design theme, insufficient attention to the ecosystem and lack of sustainable operation. In order to explore the full life cycle design and construction strategy of a sustainable permanent exhibition garden, this paper analyzes the design practices of Xuzhou-SCO Friendship Garden in four aspects: diverse culture integration, ecology priority, long-term operation, and integrated design and construction, summarizing and condensing the strategies for design and construction of sustainable permanent exhibition garden with broad application value and promotion significance, such as integration, utilization and inheritance of diverse culture, landscape environment construction with ecosystem design first, establishing long-term operation during and after the exhibition, implementing complete lifecycle design management.
