在存量优化与可持续发展背景下，为探讨赛事驱动下的城市街区景观品质提升路径，以第十五届全运会为例，通过文献分析、案例对比及实践参与，构建“观念、空间、功能、价值”4 个转变的理论框架，并总结广州城市品质提升与精致街区建设实践策略：广州通过“城馆融合”打破场馆与街区的权属界线，重构慢行系统与公共空间网络；以“平赛结合”推动赛事设施向全民健身场景转化，构建“10 分钟体育生活圈”；聚焦珠江两岸重点片区城市品质提升，以引领城市发展；依托“赛事 + 文旅”融合，创新文商旅新范式，塑造城市品牌价值。

In the context of stock optimization and sustainable development, this study explores pathways for enhancing urban streetscape quality through sports event-driven initiatives, taking the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China as a case study. By integrating literature analysis, comparative case studies, and participatory action research, a theoretical framework is proposed, articulating four transformative dimensions: conceptual paradigms, spatial configurations, functional adaptations, and value propositions. The research systematically examines Guangzhou's practices in urban quality refinement and delicate neighborhood construction, revealing four operational mechanisms: The 'city-venue symbiosis' strategy eliminates spatial segregation between event venues and urban blocks through reconstructed pedestrian networks and integrated public space systems; The 'dual-use infrastructure planning' approach facilitates the transformation of competition facilities into community-based fitness hubs, establishing a 10-minute active living sphere; Prioritizing urban quality improvement in the key riverside areas along the Pearl River to guide urban development; Creating new urban branding through 'eventcultural tourism integration', developing innovative paradigms that synergize cultural, commercial, and tourism elements.
