为探讨城市滨河绿地不同视听环境对注意力恢复的影响,以杭州余杭塘河滨河绿地为对象,选取6 种典型绿地空间,结合 5 类声音(无声、鸟鸣声、船舶鸣笛声、人群嘈杂声、流水声)及相应实景图片,构建多种视听组合实验条件,并利用眼动追踪技术与恢复性环境量表(RS)进行分析。 结果表明,自然声(流水声、鸟鸣声)显著提升注意力恢复效能,优于无声环境,而人工声(船舶鸣笛声、人群嘈杂声)则产生负面效应。自然声可延长平均注视时间、减少注视次数、增强视觉聚焦能力,从而促进注意力恢复。并非所有视听刺激均能正向影响注意力恢复,近自然声景在滨河绿地中的积极作用尤为显著。此外,协调的视听环境对优化恢复体验至关重要。因此,滨河 绿地的设计不仅应注重视觉美感,还需要通过视听等多感官交互设计手段来提升环境恢复效能,如设置流水装置和种植引鸟植物等以增强自然音效。

To investigate the effects of audio-visual environments in urban waterfront green spaces on attention restoration, this study focused on Yuhangtang River waterfront green spaces in Hangzhou, selecting six typical green spaces and constructing multiple audio-visual experimental conditions through combinations of five sound types (silence, birdsong, ship horns, crowd noise, and flowing water) with corresponding on-site images. Eye-tracking technology and the Restorative Environment Scale (RS) were employed for analysis. Results demonstrate that natural sounds (flowing water and birdsong) significantly enhance attention restoration efficiency, outperforming silent conditions, whereas artificial sounds (ship horns and crowd noise) exhibited negative effects. Natural sounds prolonged average fixation duration, reduced fixation frequency, and strengthened visual focus, thereby promoting attention recovery. Not all audiovisual stimuli positively influenced restoration, with near-natural soundscapes showing particularly significant benefits. Coordinated audiovisual environments proved crucial for optimizing restorative experiences. Therefore, the design of the riverfront green space should not only focus on visual aesthetics, but also enhance the environmental restoration effectiveness through audio-visual and other multi sensory interaction design strategies, such as implementing dynamic water installations and cultivating bird-attracting vegetation to enrich natural soundscapes.
