科学地识别文化生态区域范围与格局，厘清区域、文化与生态的关系是文化生态全域保护的首要问题。结合海南岛黎苗文化的实际情况，运用层次分析法从文化、生态、经济3个层面选取指标，构建黎苗文化生态指标体系，并运用引力模型测算城市文化生态发展联系度，界定海南岛黎苗文化生态区范围为以五指山、三亚、东方为核心的海南岛中南地区的9座城市，进而划分为中部核心区、南部优化发展区、西部整合提升区3个亚区。并综合文化生态区域内部发展支撑能力和区域要素分析，发现海南岛黎苗文化生态区域内存在明显的资源分布与支撑能力失衡、发展联系强度不够等问题。

Identifying cultural-ecological region boundaries scientifically and clarifying the relationship between region, culture and ecology is the primary issue of holistic protection of cultural ecology. Combined with the actual situation of Li-Miao culture in Hainan Island, the analytic hierarchy process is used to select indicators from the three levels of culture, ecology and economy, build the Li-Miao cultural ecological index system,calculate the connection degree of urban cultural ecological development by using the gravity model, define the scope of Li-Miao cultural ecological area in Hainan Island as nine cities in the central and southern region of Hainan Island with Wuzhishan, Sanya and the East as the core, then it is divided into three sub regions: central core area, southern optimization development area and Western integration and upgrading area. And integrated cultural and ecological areas within the development of supporting capacity and regional factor analysis, it is found that there is a clear imbalance between resource distribution and supporting capacity, development linkage strength is not enough in Hainan Island Li-Miao cultural and ecological areas.
