面对生态文明转型和美丽中国建设的新要求，地方高校风景园林教育需要探索差异化的培养特色定位、创新多维融合的教学组织机制、重构耦合需求的教学内容体系。论文以广东工业大学风景园林专业和学科建设为例，从3个方面进行了初步探索和实践：1）通过匹配地方需求与学科资源，因势利导发展 “建成环境更新+生态修复”的专业特色；2）建立“课内+课外、横向+纵向、教师+设计师”三维闭环的教研组织机制，突 破时间、空间、师资、资金多重人才培养的资源限制；3）创新 “主体内核+交叉前沿”的课程群体系，实现专业教育与地方发展深度融合。

Facing the new requirements of building a beautiful China and ecological civilization, local colleges and universities landscape architecture education need to explore differentiated training characteristic positioning, innovate multi-dimensional integrated teaching organization mechanism, and reconstruct the teaching content system of coupling demand. This paper takes the landscape architecture and discipline construction of Guangdong University of Technology as an example, and has carried out preliminary exploration and practice from three aspects. Firstly, the professional characteristic of "built environment renewal + ecological restoration" is developed through matching local demands and subject resources. Secondly, a three-dimensional closed-loop teaching and research organization mechanism of "in-class + extra-curricular, horizontal + vertical, teacher + designer" is established to break through the resource constraints of multiple talent training in time, space, teachers and funds.
