广州菊花造型技艺是岭南传统园林文化的重要组成部分，其传承与发展经历了几代菊艺匠人的努力实践与探索，但目前广州菊艺行业日渐式微，技艺的传承也陷入了危机。在梳理广州菊花造型技艺的发展历程及传承价值的基础上，从匠艺的视角对广州菊花造型技艺的传承现状进行分析，总结了菊艺匠人的个体特征、构成关系以及当下所面临的匠艺传承困境。最终提出从扶持政策的制定、促进技艺传承举措的实施，到非物质文化遗产的活态保护以及人才培养等的适合广州菊花造型技艺传承与发展的策略。

Guangzhou chrysanthemum modeling technology is an important part of Lingnan traditional garden culture. Its inheritance and development have experienced the efforts, practice and exploration of several generations o f c h r y s a n t h e m u m c r a f t s m e n . H o w e v e r, G u a n g z h o u chrysanthemum art industry is declining, and the inheritance of skills is also in crisis. On the basis of combing the development process and inheritance value of chrysanthemum modeling technology in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the inheritance status of chrysanthemum modeling technology in Guangzhou from the perspective of craftsmanship, and summarizes the individual characteristics, constitutive relationship and the dilemma of craftsmanship inheritance faced by chrysanthemum craftsmen. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategies suitable for the inheritance and development of chrysanthemum modeling skills in Guangzhou, such as the formulation of supporting policies, the implementation of measures to promote the inheritance of skills, the living protection of intangible cultural heritage and talent training.
