万绿园位于海口市中心城区交通枢纽与商业中心，是 海口市目前最大的开放性公园。为达到“城市名片”的规划 定位，借鉴游憩机会谱理论，建构了游憩环境评价体系。以 物质环境、社会环境和管理环境为一级体系，二级体系根据 前人研究和现状确定为 11 个指标因子，三级体系以游客线上 评论为蓝本确定为 31 个因子。采用 IPA 法等分析岛内外游 客对万绿园游憩环境及活动的评价特征。研究结果表明，物 质环境整体评价较高，岛外游客尤其看重；社会环境整体重 要性较低，但岛外游客满意度较高；管理环境重要性和满意 度均较低；游客的差异性需求与动机导致了其对游憩活动的 不同偏好。

Evergreen Park in Haikou is located in the transportation hub and commercial center of downtown. It is currently the largest open park in Haikou. In order to achieve the planning positioning of "city card", this paper constructs a recreation environment evaluation system based on the theory of Recreation Opportunity Spectrum. Taking the physical environment, social environment and management environment as the first-level system, the second-level system is determined as 11 index factors based on previous research and current situation, and the third-level system is determined as 31 factors based on the online comments of tourists. The Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method is used to analyze the evaluationcharacteristics of recreation environment and the activities of Evergreen Park by tourists inside and outside the island. The resultsshow that the overall evaluation of physical environment is high and tourists outside the island are particularly valued. The importance of social environment is low on the whole, but the satisfaction of tourists outside the island is relatively high. And the importance and satisfaction of management environment are low. The different needs and motivations of tourists lead to different preferences for recreation activities.
