风情小镇作为海南城镇化道路新模式、国际旅游岛建设重要内容，近年来在各市县陆续展开，并取得一定成效。结合对琼海市风情小镇建设的理论研究和实地考察，以博鳌镇、潭门镇、中原镇以例，从宏观、中观、微观三方面总结了琼海市风情小镇特色塑造表现手法：宏观上以“三不一就”为设计理念，结合小镇资源优势定位其建设模式；中观上以产业特色明显、文化特色浓郁、景观特色鲜明等为抓手进行特色把控；微观上强调通过建筑景观、园林景观的设计塑造特色。并针对存在问题如文化符号挖掘不深入、空间主题序列不明确等提出建议。

As a new model of urbanization and an important construction contents of International Tourism Island in Hainan,tourism town has been launched in recent years and succeeded. Based on the theoretical research and field investigation of Qionghai tourism towns, taking the towns of Bo’ao, Tanmen and Zhongyuan as examples, this paper summarizes up the shaping method of Qionghai tourism town from macro, meso and micro aspects. At the macro level, it orientates its construction mode based on the design concept of “three nonfeasances and one on the spot” and the superiority of resources. At the meso level, it takes obvious industrial characteristics, rich cultural characteristics, and distinctive landscape characteristics and so on as the starting point for characteristic control. At the micro level, it emphasizes to shape the characteristics through the design of architectural and garden landscape. Finally, the paper also puts forward suggestions to solve problems such as the lack of depth of cultural symbol mining and the ambiguity of spatial thematic sequence.
