近代岭南乡村名人宅园作为乡村景观遗产的重要组成部分和岭南地域文化的物质载体，于中西文化剧烈碰撞的时期完成了从“得风气之先”到“开风气之先”的飞跃，具有独特的历史价值和艺术魅力。从空间布局、建筑装饰及建筑小品、植物配置3个角度探析其中西合璧特征及其生成逻辑，以及华侨、军阀、官宦等园主不同身份背景下的造园差异，既有利于公众加强对其遗产价值的认知与关注，更有助于政府和社会各界更好地对其保护、传承与利用。

As an important part of the rural landscape heritage and the material carrier of the Lingnan regional culture, modern Lingnan rural celebrity garden completed the leap from "being the first to gain new ethos" to "the first to develop new ethos" during the period of violent collision between Chinese and Western cultures. It has unique historical value and artistic charm. From the perspectives of spatial layout, architectural decoration and small garden ornaments, and plant arrangement, analyses of the characteristics and generation logic of the combination of Western and Western styles, as well as the differences in gardening under the background of different identities such as overseas Chinese, warlords, and officials, will not only help the public to strengthen the recognition and attention of its value, but also help the government and all sectors of society to pay more attention to protection, inheritance and utilization.
