中山公园和人民公园分别代表中国近代和现代的园林建设成就，在中国近现代园林史上具有重要的地位。通过查阅文献资料，系统梳理了数百座中山公园和人民公园的建设发展历程，总结出两者在历史、地理和园林文化等方面的特点，以及建设方式和分布格局等，并对历史关联性较强的14座中山公园（人民公园）进行了分析。还对中山公园和人民公园的今后发展提出了建议：在新时代，要坚持以人民为中心的发展理念，坚持公益服务方向，以特色为引领，打造成有历史、有文化、有底蕴的经典园林。

Zhongshan Park and Renmin Park represent the great achievements of modern Chinese landscape architecture, and play an important role in modern Chinese landscape architecture history.The construction and development process of Zhongshan Park and Renmin Park are comprehensively reviewed from literature and records. Their features on history, location and garden culture, as well as construction ways and distribution pattern are summarized.In addition, 14 parks with strong historical relevance are analyzed. Finally, further development suggestions are proposed: in the new era, people-oriented concept and public service should be employed in Zhongshan Park and Renmin Park to develop into historical,cultural,memoriable,classical parks with own characteristics.
