传统水利工程措施展现的弊端促使着城市河道管理的范式由工程治理向生态修复转变。而绿色基础设施(GI)在尺度、功能等方面对城市河流问题都有其相对应的“柔性”调控方式。从GI视角出发,类比河流廊道与GI网络的功能特征并探索其定位与功能,提出了基于GI理念的河流廊道生态修复流程,并以重庆盘溪河为实例提出多尺度(中观-微观)生态修复策略,即在中观尺度下进行水系、绿地等空间网络格局构建,提升城市“河流-绿地”生态网络的连通性;在微观尺度下通过河流廊道景观空间设计及生态弹性建设等方式进行复合功能优化。

The disadvantages of traditional water conservancy engineering measures promote the transformation of urban river management paradigm from engineering governance to ecological restoration. Green infrastructure (GI) has "flexible" regulation mode for urban river problems in terms of scale and function. From the perspective of GI, this paper compares the functional characteristics of river corridor and GI network,explores their positioning and functions, puts forward the ecological restoration process of river corridor based on GI concept. It takes Panxi River in Chongqing as an example, puts forward multi-scale (meso-scale and micro-scale) ecological restoration strategy, that is, to construct the spatial network pattern of water system and green space at the meso-scale, so as to enhance the connectivity of the urban “river green space” ecological network,and to optimize the composite function of Panxi river corridor at the micro-scale by landscape design and ecological elastic construction.
