从全域旅游的角度，梳理新兴县及其周边旅游资源现状。以新兴县六祖镇水湄村为例，阐述了水湄村旅游发展存在着文化资源利用不足，乡村特色体验景观缺乏和自然资源破坏的现状问题。通过对水湄村文化、自然资源深入挖掘，根据乡村景观资源的综合特征，提出以“红色文化参观、民俗风情体验、田园风光游览”三线并行的景观设计文化策略，形成以体验为导向，“红色”文化与民俗文化、生态资源相结合的混合开发模式，期望打造全域背景下六祖镇差异化的乡村特色文化旅游产品。

With the point of Global Tourism,this paper sorts out the current situation of tourism resources in Xinxing County and its surroundings.Taking Shuimei Village in Liuzu Town of Xinxing County as an example,this article expounds the current problems in tourism development of Shuimei Village,such as insufficient utilization of cultural resources,lack of experience landscape with rural characteristics and destruction of natural resources.According to the comprehensive characteristics of rural landscape resources,the paper puts forward a cultural strategy of landscape design of revolutionary culture tourism,folk custom experience and rural scenery tourism.A mixed development mode of revolutionary culture,folk culture and ecological resources is formed. It is expected to create a differentiated cultural tourism with rural characteristics in Liuzu Town in the context of Global Tourism.
